Background & Experience

Cathy began her commercial real estate career in 1986 after 20 successful years with the Jefferson and Orleans Parish School Boards. She joined NAI Latter & Blum the following year as a specialist in New Orleans Warehouse District and French Quarter properties. Cathy has expanded her expertise to also include large area tracts of development land and industrial properties.

As a former education administrator, Cathy used her communication skills to complete significant investment transactions throughout Louisiana and Mississippi. She has been an active member of the Louisiana CCIM chapter of which she served President in 1993.
